Primary education - I think it's normally not an issue with the urban demographic or maybe even the upper middleclass(i don't prefer using that word but just for ease of understanding).
It's more to do with the rural demographic where first of all there's hardly any awareness of what primary education is. This poster maybe talks about an informed person who understands what lack of education means. The magnitude of the issue of education is so great that Just1world.com has predicted that for the whole world to get primary education it would take until about 2119 A.D!!!

No father would think their work is worse and they would be ready to do any work for their family. But they do not want their kid to go through the same situations, that is the reason they wanted their kid to be educated and work a decent job and have a better lifestyle.
